Realistically the most difficult thing to do in Fable is get a game over.

I miss Peter Molyneuxs games, they shoot for the stars and usually hit the moon. And his lies were at least "The game will have "X amazing feature" now they are "The game will work" or "We wont fleece you with microtransactions"

Haha about the titles. When I was playing as a kid, I misread one title. (In Polish) I read "long-field", but then when the villagers greeted me, I noticed that the title was "ass of a head".

I never pegged Lady Grey as racist, just entirely disloyal and lusting only after the most power. She seemed to have a relationship with Thunder, but the instant a more powerful person came around, she dumped him for you. Not out of skin color, but just because you're more powerful- she gets off on it. That was my interpretation as a kid, at least. She's a sociopath with a power fetish, and nothing else matters.

beat this game 100% and didn't know about the glitch for the Sword of Albion. Can you genuinely keep it for the rest of the game until you have to make a choice on whether or not to kill your sister?

the first things i was doing in game was: 1 get out of guild when its possible (before taking wasps quest) 2 going to oakvale (and getting as much exp as I can) 3 buying and selling back everything to get a lot of cash 4 buying a shield spell with that done you can just play and not be hit once in entire game you just needed mana potions and you are basicaly immortal

Okay, I just replayed the Fable Anniversary because I genuinely have always loved the game but I noticed how Whisper was absolutely USELESS and how rude her brother was 🥴 like as long as I could get the monsters to focus on Whisper in the Arena I could just pluck them away. I laughed through this entire video, sometimes I forgot to breath in between laughs. I almost died. 10/10. Loved this video.

I remember getting max evil early by going to the pond at the guild and using ranged attacks on NPCs. Guards would spawn and could only approach you one at a time. Maybe it's time to revisit this game.

the original fable has a different voice actor for jack of blades. i like that version better. jack having the voice of a normal person made him seem scarier, like a thing of evil wearing a person as a costume.

Lost Chapters is less good in one way though, they nerfed the Sword of Aeons and added an equally powerful sword you can get later, making the entire point of the original kinda irrelevant.
